Questions
How do I get my spreadsheets?
Straight after you pay, you’ll get a download link on screen and by email. The collections come as a zip file. Open it to find the Excel spreadsheets.
What do I need to use them?
Microsoft Excel on a computer works best. They also open in Google Sheets and Apple Numbers, though some formatting may look slightly different.
I’m a beginner. Will I understand them?
Yes. Each spreadsheet opens on a Start Here tab with step-by-step instructions. You only type in the yellow cells. Everything else calculates for you, and worked examples show what good numbers look like.
Can I get a refund?
These are digital downloads, so once you’ve downloaded a file you can’t cancel the purchase. If a file is faulty or doesn’t open, email contact@kendaproperties.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
